‘Privately For Sale’ simply means the property is not marketed publicly

We have recently seen the number of privately available property sales we handle grow and we currently have several properties for sale in a private capacity.

Private property sales are one of Paton & Co’s strengths due to the fact we are a bespoke, trustworthy, and independent firm with a high-profile presence with in-depth knowledge of the local market. We are very happy to work discretely with our clients to offer them this bespoke service and have achieved some excellent results. We have a large database of private buyers who are typically in a strong position and are ready to buy, meaning they have the cash funds and nothing to sell. These buyers are usually comfortable waiting until they find the perfect property that suits their requirements, and we are in touch regularly with these buyers to ensure their requirements are kept up to date. Private Sales accounted for around 20 per cent of our overall sales in 2022.
